I talked about this very issue on my site earlier this week. Lane Kiffin is only going after his dream job which is to coach USC. I think he is a good fit for SC. He is young and hungry and he brings an allstar coaching staff with him. He will be able to recruit out of Cali with ease. I expect to see USC in champioship contention in 3 years or less. Especially on the kids & not having any choice. I have two boys going through the basketball recruiting process now. Lucky/unlucky for them they had 3 high school coaches in 4 yrs. Same thing they couldn't transfer, were stuck. So they already understand the game. As a UT fan I was disappointed Kiffin left. But angry at his timing and the underhanded things he pulled with Orgeron & with the staff in the athletic dept. If you are going to leave fine, but don't pilfer & rape first.
