FAVORITE VACATION SPOT:
Jalen: “Las Vegas. No taxes, no curfew, no problem. What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.”
Khloe: “Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It’s beautiful. It’s so easy to go to. I go with my family at least a couple times a year or with my girlfriends. It’s the only time I tan, so I love it. I have great memories there.”
FIRST JOB:
Jalen: “My first job(s) include: having a paper route, cutting neighbors grass, shoveling the snow, pumping gas at the local stations, and carrying customers grocery bags to their cars for them for tips.”
Khloe: “My first real job was working in my dad’s music company. I was about 16.”
FIRST CONCERT:
Jalen: “Fresh Festival at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit. It was the FIRST major hip-hop concert tour and it featured Run DMC, LL Cool J, Whodini, and the Fat Boys. It had original style, flavor, lyrics, phat gold ropes, cazals, and it was wall-to-wall packed! My mother filled her car full of teenagers to drop us off and we caught the BUS home.”
Khloe: “Either Prince or Madonna. One of my dad’s best friends managed them both, so we use to go all the time. I was really young, but I loved them. Prince is always going to be a legend. You can listen to his old stuff and it’s just amazing.”
SONG ON iPOD YOUR’RE AFRAID TO ADMIT:
Jalen: “Michael Jackson’s “Earth Song.” He’s (still) the King of Pop. The melody and lyrics of this jam are timeless.”
Khloe: “Gladys Knight’s “Neither One of Us” or “Midnight Train to Georgia.” Those are my guilty pleasures. All my girlfriends say, “You have the oldest soul. You need to calm down.”
