They say everything is bigger in Texas, and this event will be no exception. The 59th All-Star Game will be played this Sunday, February 14th at the new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. This venue has the potential to hold a large crowd and could break the all-time NBA attendance record. The old All-Star record was 44,735 people at the Houston Astrodome in 1989. In 1998, the largest ever regular-season crowd at an NBA game was 62,046 strong at the Georgia Dome to see the Atlanta Hawks play Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls.
